Delivery Options

Christeli delivers everywhere in the contiguous 48 states everyday. For a limited time only we're offering free standard delivery on products store wide. We also have two other delivery options for you to choose from should you prefer or need those services.

We're currently not shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.


Mattresses and smaller accessories are delivered via FedEx and will be delivered where you normally receive FedEx deliveries. Standard adjustable base delivery is curbside, and you will be responsible for bringing your order inside your home and setting it up.


Christeli will deliver inside your home up to two flights of stairs and in the room of your choice. We will set up your item and remove all packaging materials at your discretion. This service may add 4-6 business days to our normal delivery time. Once your mattress or adjustable base ships, we will not be able to upgrade your delivery to White Glove. This service is the same as White Glove Installation, but adds removal and recycling of your old mattress.


Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?

A: We ship mattresses out in 5 business days. After it ships it can take a few more days to arrive. Transit time to your home will vary depending on the state we are shipping to. Adjustable bases can up take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive. These are estimates. We cannot guarantee delivery times or dates.

Q: Why does it take 5 business days for my mattress to ship out?

A: We make your mattress to order.

Q: Does White Glove delivery take longer to arrive?

A:White Glove delivery and White Glove delivery plus can add 3-5 business days to your delivery time. These are estimates.

Q: Will I receive a tracking number when my order ships?

A: Yes! As soon as your order leaves our factory we will email you the tracking number(s).

Q: If my order arrives damaged, what should I do?

A: We do our best to package your mattress so that it arrives free from damage. If you're one of the less than 1% who receive a damaged product, please note it clearly on the paperwork the driver provides you and call us immediately at 877.918.4024. Our friendly customer service team will work with you to ship out a new product immediately. If you do not mark the damage on your delivery receipt and we do not hear from you within 24 hours of receiving your order damaged, we will not be able to re-ship you a new product and your return policy option is voided.

Q: What happens if I refuse my order?

A: If you refuse your order, we will call your product(s) back to our factory. Once we receive the round trip shipping charges from the delivery company, you will be credited back minus those shipping charges plus a 5% handling fee.
